We welcome experienced individuals as well as those from outside the care sector with the right skills, attitude and caring nature. If you are new to care, the Kingsway Care Academy 12-week course will equip you with the skills required to be a qualified CareGiver.

Kingsway Care encourage all members of the team to improve their skills and knowledge in the care sector and support vocational qualifications. An opportunity to study and attain NVQ's and Diplomas in Health & Social Care, if on our Apprentice programme, and clear progression routes will be available to you. A Kingsway CareGiver requires special skills. Some of these cannot be learned or earned, but are naturally part of an individual’s personality.
