An exciting opportunity to join TLTP Care; one of the leading domiciliary care companies in Essex. We are an experienced care provider and believe in looking after both our service users and our Care Workers.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a live-in care assistant, care worker, support worker, domiciliary care worker, care giver, care coordinator, care manager, healthcare assistant.
Your role as a Carer
Being a Carer doesn’t just mean helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible while respecting their rights of choice, privacy, and dignity. It means having fun and laughter with them and using your skills to help them deal with day-to-day difficulties like personal care and mealtimes.
It also means working as part of a team to identify their unique goals and implement personalised care plans. And it means working flexibly to help them explore new interests, engage in physical exercise and activities, and make sure they enjoy themselves in a stimulating and homely environment. Put simply, it means making a real difference.
We support a range of clients varying in age and care requirements, therefore your duties as a Care can vary. These include mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and clients with more complex clinical needs.

TLTP Care offers great rates of pay of up to £13.50 per hour via Umbrella and the support of a friendly and professional office team.
