Are you an experienced and compassionate care professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our community-based, domiciliary care team. About the Role:

As a Team Leader, you will:

  • Work in the community, providing high-quality care to clients.
  • Oversee care practices and procedures to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of carers, providing regular guidance and training.
  • Provide input into the care planning process, working closely with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure care delivery is person-centered, safe, and in line with regulatory frameworks and best practices.

About You:

The successful candidate will:

  • Have significant recent experience in a similar leadership role.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be passionate about delivering exceptional care and supporting others to achieve the same.
  • Have experience in care planning, reviews, and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Possess an in-depth knowledge of care standards, safeguarding, and relevant legislation.
  • Be able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle (essential).

Qualifications:

  • In health and social care or leadership (preferred).
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
