Your Role as a Care Manager
As Care Manager, you will play a crucial role in
ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of care, client
satisfaction, staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a fully integrated, seven-day-a-week home care
service, ensuring smooth and efficient care delivery.

Build and maintain strong client relationships,
ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Lead the recruitment, training, and retention of senior care
staff and management.

Drive business growth and profitability, ensuring
the long-term success of the service.

Ensure full compliance with CQC standards,
upholding the highest quality of care.
What We’re Looking For:

NVQ Level 5/Level 4 RMA in Health and Social Care
Management (or equivalent).

Strong experience managing care services, ideally
within domiciliary care and/or a care agency.

Excellent leadership and communication skills – you
inspire and support your team.

Outstanding organisational and problem-solving
abilities – you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Comprehensive understanding of care planning and complex
conditions to ensure clients receive the best possible support.

Good knowledge of CQC regulations, financial management, and
IT systems.

A full UK driving licence – as travel may be required.
