A requirement for a Domiciliary Care-Manager to work with an established domiciliary care agency, local to the Buckinghamshire HP19 Postcode area.
As an experienced, Care Manager your role will be the day to day running of the domiciliary care agency and overseeing a team of of 4 - 6 senior staff and coordinators.
This could be a deputy manager that wants to develop further into Health and Social Care Management
Skills / Qualifications:
- • Level 4 NVQ or above in Health & Social Care / or clear evidence of equivalent
- • UK driving licence and access to own car for work use - essential
- • Previous management & team leadership experience within the health and social care sector
- • Awareness & knowledge of care regulations
- particularly CQC requirements for a Domiciliary Care Provider.
- • An entrepreneurial mindset for growing & developing a business while looking to enhance own personal development and career progression.
- • Awareness & knowledge of Contract management with applicable local councils & Health Boards.
