About the Role:
As a Home Care Worker, you will provide vital care and support to vulnerable adults within their own homes across the community. This rewarding role requires a caring and empathetic individual dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others. You will assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, medication management, and social interaction to enhance their quality of life while maintaining their independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality care to residents in accordance with their personalized care plans.
  2. Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
  3. Support clients with general household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
  4. Provide companionship and support with social activities.
  5. Promptly and safely transport clients to appointments and outings.
  6. Accurately document care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition.

Requirements:

  1. Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
  2. Genuine caring and empathetic nature.
  3. Must possess a valid UK driving licence.
  4. Access to a car; company cars available subject to availability.
  5. No previous training required; comprehensive training will be provided.
