We are a local, family run, domiciliary care agency helping people with support needs, social and physical activities and day to day living.

We have a small staff team of around 16, looking to expand to around 20 to 25 people.

We provide all levels of support ranging from shopping, cleaning, social activities, personal care, end of life care, medication support, companionship, and much more.

We are an agency with a can-do attitude, which results in great success in enabling our customers to retain as much independence as possible. Because of our commitment to person centred care and support we have a good reputation for working well with customers who have Mental Health conditions such as Dementia, Anxiety Disorders and Challenging Behaviours as well as Physical and Neurological conditions.

The role of a care/ support worker is to aid customers with all aspects of support/care required in line with the customer’s tailored care plans. You will receive full support from your appointed supervisor and all members of the management team.

Success in this role is providing excellent person-centred support to our customers and having a positive impact on their day to day living and wellbeing. As we are a small company, we have close relationships with our staff as well as our customer’s. We have a registered manager, responsible person, and a team of Care- Co-Ordinators and care and support staff.

Duties include personal care, medication support, domestic assistance, Record keeping and helping to improve our customers' wellbeing

All applicants must be drivers as we are a citywide agency. All applicants must be able to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in written form. Previous experience is not necessary but preferable either formally or informally (caring for a family member or friend). All applicants must have good interpersonal skills and a desire to help enrich our customers' lives and provide the best level of care and support

We provide full training and help staff to further their knowledge including via eLearning. We support staff to attain national qualifications within the sector.

Alternate weekends off

Travel time and mileage paid in between calls

Enhancements are paid when working a double/ split shift, weekend working and bank holidays.

Private Helth Care 

Our operating hours are 0700-22:00 (7days per week)

Rates of pay per hour (including enhancements)

We cover Coventry and surrounding area, so a car is essential.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Experience preferred but not essential. Full training provide. Must be able to communicate clearly both written and verbally
