At Winnastar Healthcare Limited we provide a service to clients to enable them to lead as independent a lifestyle as possible. We provide individualised support and care through a structured holistic support approach as per care plan. Care duties include supporting clients with personal care, dietary requirements, shopping, medication support, light household duties, escorting to hospital and social appointments. We rely on highly qualified and experienced carers who will treat the clients with dignity and respect as well as allowing them and supporting them to make their choices with regards to their care. This job involves looking after people in their own homes starting from 30 minutes per visit during various times of the day.

Day to day duties will include the following:

  • Personal care
  • Shopping
  • Escorting to appointments
  • Medication support
  • Light household duties
  • Meal preparation
  • Supporting with food and drink intake
  • Recording activities carried out
  • Mobility support
  • Mental health support
  • General companionship
  • Learning disability and Autism support
  • Dementia care

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
