Healthcare Assistant

Paramount Options provides care and support into client’s homes. We are looking for people to join our compassionate team of caregivers. We believe in enhancing the opportunity to receive excellent quality care and provide support to adults above the age of 18 within our community. Paramount Options provides tailor-made services to meet the needs of each of our clients.

The ideal applicants will be of a caring nature, compassionate, highly motivated, passionate, and committed to providing high-quality care. We are seeking reliable and honest individuals who can treat others with dignity and respect.

We are currently looking to recruit caregivers who are available from 0700hrs to 1400hrs and 1800hrs to 2100hrs. If you are available during these times, we would love to hear from you.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Engage in companionship
• Arrange appointments
• Escort service to healthcare and social appointments
• Light housekeeping tasks
• Meal preparation
• Medication support
• Encourage and support with personal care including incontinence issues in a way that is respectful and promotes individual needs and rights.
• Complete client reports

The following attributes are essential:

• Be eligible to work in the UK
• Live in or close to Croydon
• Have experience in care either within a professional or personal basis
• Have good spoken and understanding of the English language
