What You’ll Be Doing:

• Companionship: Engage with clients through meaningful conversations, share festive memories, and keep spirits high with laughter and stories.
• Personal Care: Assist clients with personal hygiene, dressing, and daily tasks, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
• Medication: Ensure clients remain healthy by assisting with their medication routines.
• Housekeeping: Help keep homes tidy and safe, creating a comfortable environment where clients can feel proud.
• Meal Preparation: Whether it’s cooking a hearty meal or warming up something simple, you’ll ensure clients are well-fed and cared for.
• Bedtime Support: Assist clients with getting in and out of bed, ensuring they’re comfortable and safe for the night.

What You’ll Get:

• Industry-Leading Pay: Starting from £13.75 per hour on weekdays, up to £15.50 per hour on weekends, with 1.5x pay on Bank Holidays.

What You Need:

• No prior experience is required—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
• A genuine passion for helping others and a team-player attitude.
• Availability to work alternate weekends.
• The legal right to work in the UK.
• Please note: You must be able to travel to areas such as Chippenham, Melksham, Trowbridge, Devizes, Bradford on Avon, and Calne.

Personal Care: Some roles require supporting clients with personal care. While this might seem daunting at first, we ensure you receive comprehensive training, so you can confidently assist with tasks like helping clients wash, dress, or change incontinence pads. It's all about helping them feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.
