Bespoke Home Care Ltd is a domiciliary care company based in Crawley that provides care to vulnerable people in their homes. We seek a self-motivated care coordinator to join our friendly team in a fast-paced environment.

The care coordinator role involves working closely with care staff and clients to ensure rosters are compiled according to everyone’s needs.

We require someone who works well under pressure and can work to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities include Managing staff and client rosters to ensure continuity (people planner). Supporting the day-to-day running of the business to ensure compliance with CQC regulations. Managing care package referrals On-call support Managing the telephones Liaising with professional bodies to ensure client safety and wellbeing Covering care visits when required (weekend work will be required)

Required: Experience in care coordination - minimum one year experience as a care coordinated is required, preference with experience in Care planning and Pass, experience in domiciliary care work, Driving licence

What we offer: Overtime: 28 days holiday (including bank holidays). The company pays for full training NVQ qualifications—full-time hours job.
