Main Responsibilities:

Our Care Assistants days are varied and largely depend on the Service User you’ll be working with. Everything we do is designed to help our Service Users live happy, independent lives. Some of the support you provide will include:

  • Reablement
  • Companionship
  • Providing personal care duties
  • Administering and managing medication
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required
  • Flexibly work a range of shift patterns including alternate weekends
  • Help in accessing the community and promoting customer health and well-being.

Who You Are?

As a Community Care Assistant, you will be supporting your clients in their own homes with all aspects of their day-to-day living.

Whether its assistance with physical and social activities such as eating, bathing or shopping, a caring, empathetic, supportive and passionate approach to providing a high level of care and support to vulnerable people, is all you will need to be successful.

Maintaining dignity and respect at all times and good communication skills, both written and verbal are essential.
