Homecare Worker

Royal Care are looking for compassionate, empathetic, and caring individuals to support and encourage the independence of our service users, whilst providing an exceptional level of care in a dignified and professional manner in our client’s own homes.

You will be required to assist with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, dressing clients, giving medication, preparing and assisting with meals, some domestic duties such as cleaning, shopping etc, as well as promoting independence and emotional wellbeing.

You will be spending time with our clients on a one to one basis, so it is imperative that you have a kind, warm and caring personality and that you are confident in delivering the highest standards of care on daily basis.

The ideal candidate for the role will have the right to work in the UK, previous experience in the care industry and knowledge of caring for the elderly and vulnerable.

All mandatory training will be provided in house, to ensure that you are 100% comfortable and competent before going out to work.
