We are looking for exceptional Health & Wellbeing Associates to join our growing team, ensuring well-being is at the heart of every interaction using the PERMA model.

Why Thrive Homecare?

At Thrive, we are redefining what it means to provide care. We prioritise wellbeing alongside essential support, ensuring every individual can live independently with dignity, respect, and joy. We invest in our carers as much as our clients, providing an environment where you can grow, be valued, and be part of a movement that is changing care for the better.

What We Offer You

  • Recognition for Your Skills: £13.50-£14.50/hour + uplifts for supporting individuals with specific needs.
  • Competitive Pay Rates: Enhanced weekend and bank holiday rates.
  • Investing in You: 2 hours of paid development time per week to support your professional growth.
  • Training & Development: Paid training and continuous opportunities to develop your skills.

  • Bringing Joy & Connection: Providing companionship and escorting clients to social activities, shopping, or appointments.
  • Empowering Wellbeing: Using the PERMA model to integrate purpose, engagement, and social connection into everyday care.
  • Person-Centred Approach: Monitoring and recording care needs to ensure tailored, high-quality support.

What You’ll Bring

  • A passion for supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience in domiciliary or community care.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements).
  • The ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • The right to work in the UK.
