Your Role – Making a Real Impact

Personalised Care Support: Helping clients maintain
their independence through compassionate and respectful personal care.

Enhancing Daily Living: Supporting with meal
preparation, household tasks, and medication reminders.

Bringing Joy & Connection: Providing
companionship and escorting clients to social activities, shopping,
or appointments.

Empowering Wellbeing: Using the PERMA model to
integrate purpose, engagement, and social connection into everyday care.

Person-Centred Approach: Monitoring and recording
care needs to ensure tailored, high-quality support.
What You’ll Bring
- A passion for supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
- Experience in domiciliary or community care.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due
to travel requirements).
- The ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering
exceptional care.
- The right to work in the UK.
