Registered Manager –
Atlas Supported Living is dedicated to delivering high-quality,
person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities. We are
looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Manager to
lead our Supported Living service, ensuring exceptional care and
compliance with CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, supportive, and
empowering environment.
Lead, train, and motivate a dedicated
care team.
Promote person-centred care, fostering independence
and dignity.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and best
practices.
Manage budgets, resources, and staff effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in supported living
or learning disabilities services.
Strong leadership,
communication, and organisational skills.
NVQ Level 5 in Health
and Social Care (or equivalent).
In-depth knowledge of CQC
regulations and compliance.
