*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in a care home setting. The role involves assisting residents with daily activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their well-being. *Duties* - Support residents with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and toileting - Assist in the implementation of individual care plans - Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide companionship - Help maintain a clean and safe living environment within the care home - Document and report any changes in residents' health or behaviour to senior staff *Skills* - Ability to drive is essential for this role - Experience in home care or a similar setting is advantageous - Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes - Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with residents and colleagues - Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others - Understanding of the needs of individuals living in a care home

Pay: £11.45-£12.50 per hour
