? We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistants to provide high-quality care to adults, including the elderly or those with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Care Assistance:
? Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene routines.
? Help with toileting and incontinence care.
? Provide mobility assistance, including transferring patients from bed to wheelchair and vice versa.
? Meal Preparation and Feeding:
? Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
? Assist with feeding if necessary.
? Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
? Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
? Comply with health and safety guidelines and infection control protocols.
Medication Management:

Health Monitoring:
