Your Role as a Care Assistant:
As a Care Assistant at RSW Healthcare Services, your role will be vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. You will be expected to:

• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and medication administration.

• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

• Support clients with mobility needs, including transfers and using mobility aids.

• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.

• Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean environment.

• Engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.

Key Requirements:

• Female Carer preferred.

• Must be able to speak Gujarati.

• Must live in the Ilford area or surrounding areas.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
