Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care at home . The ideal candidate will require a full uk licence and have access to their own vehicle, they will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and well-being of clients, helping them maintain their independence while delivering high-quality personal care. This role requires a nurturing attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation and personal hygiene.
• Administer medication as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
• Deliver specialised care for individuals with complex needs
• Maintain accurate records of client care
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care strategies.

Experience

• Previous experience in home care, patient care, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• A caring disposition with a strong commitment to providing high-quality support to individuals in need.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
