experienced Learning Disabilities Support Workers to

person-centred support to our clients within the comfort of their own
homes and in the wider community.
About the Role:
As a Learning Disabilities Support Worker at Laurel Homecare Ltd, you
will play a vital role in empowering our clients to live fulfilling
and independent lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing person-centred support to adults with a variety of
learning disabilities in their own homes.
- Assisting clients with personal care, daily living tasks, and
medication administration (following appropriate training).
- Supporting clients to access a range of community services and
activities, including day centres, social groups, and day to day tasks.
- Enabling clients to develop their skills and independence in areas
such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting.
- Building positive and trusting relationships with clients, their
families, and other professionals.
- Promoting clients' well-being, dignity, and choice.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of support provided.
- Working flexibly across a range of shifts, which may include
evenings and weekends.
About You:

in supporting adults with learning disabilities.

A Driver: You must hold a valid UK driving licence
and have access to your own vehicle.
What We Offer:

Competitive Pay: £13 per hour for contracted hours
and £14 per hour for overtime.

Bank Holiday Enhancements: Enhanced rates of pay
for working on bank holidays.
