St Gregory’s Homecare Ltd is looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable Rapid Response Homecare Assistants to join our caring team in the South Lakes and Lancashire areas.

This role offers a truly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives by providing vital care and reassurance to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

As a valued member of our Rapid Response team, you’ll be there when it matters most—offering timely support to Service Users during unexpected situations or times of crisis. You’ll assist with all aspects of daily living, helping to ensure comfort, dignity, and continuity of care during challenging moments.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond promptly to urgent care calls and last-minute care needs

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans

  • Provide emotional and practical support to Service Users and their families

  • Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every interaction

  • Work closely with the wider care team to ensure seamless service delivery
