As a valued member of our Rapid Response team, you’ll be there when it matters most—offering timely support to Service Users during unexpected situations or times of crisis. You’ll assist with all aspects of daily living, helping to ensure comfort, dignity, and continuity of care during challenging moments.
What You'll Do:
Respond promptly to urgent care calls and last-minute care needs
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with individual care plans
Provide emotional and practical support to Service Users and their families
Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every interaction
Work closely with the wider care team to ensure seamless service delivery

What We're Looking For:

The ability to remain calm and professional in urgent or changing situations
The ability to identify and respond to changes in a Service User’s needs
Strong communication and observation skills
A full UK driving licence
