We have created a team of talented and warm-hearted Wellbeing Assistants and local professionals to offer a first class, all-round service for clients needing support at home.

Our bespoke service enables our happy clients to choose exactly what they want in their lives, with support available at any time of day or night.

We are looking for Well Being Assistants to work in Nottingham.

Benefits:

• No experience needed as full training is provided!
• Mileage paid at 25p per mile
• Hours - Weekday, Evenings and Weekends available (from 0 to 40 hrs per week)

Job Description:

• Our Well Being Assistants change people's lives' by delivering the highest quality of care, enabling them to maintain their independence in their own homes.
• The job currently entails offering personal care, help around the home and companionship for elderly customers, including shopping and wellbeing outings.

Requirements:

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a variety of settings providing advanced notice and short notice cover
• Honest, empathetic, hardworking, and trustworthy
• Have a right to work within the UK.
• Have an excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to develop empathy with customers
• Must have a UK driving Licence.
• Must have own transport. This means you must have you own car.
• A passion for making a difference
• Ability to use own initiative, plan own work and prioritise a customer’s care needs
• Ability to work without direct supervision
