About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Complex Care Rehab Assistant to support a female client with a brain injury in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. This is an opportunity to join a well-established, 24/7 care team where you'll play an important role in helping the client live as independently and comfortably as possible.
You’ll report directly to the client's lead support coordinator and work closely with other carers and health professionals. Success in this role looks like consistent, respectful, and proactive care that makes a meaningful impact on the client’s day-to-day life.

Key Duties:

  • Provide personal care and mobility support

  • Administer medication accurately and safely

  • Support the client with therapy routines and rehabilitation exercises

  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding (if needed)

  • Escort the client to appointments, social activities, and outings

  • Maintain detailed, clear care logs and communicate effectively with the care team

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in complex care, particularly with brain injury support (preferred)

  • Fluent in English (essential) and Greek or Bulgarian (preferred)

  • Excellent communication and observational skills

  • Valid Driving Licence (essential)

  • Care Certificate and GCSE or equivalent qualification (preferred)

  • Must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom

Salary Information:
From £12 per hour (PAYE)
From £15 per hour (Self-Employed)

Working Week:
Flexible hours available: 12 to 48 hours per week

Shift options include:

  • 12-hour day shifts (with sleepovers)

  • Day shifts (8am to 8pm)

  • Waking nights (8pm to 8am)

Weekend availability required.
