 Dale Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Community Care Assistants to join our team in Brandon, Esh Winning, Langley Park, Ushaw Moor, Meadowfield, Willington, Crook, Bishop Auckland, Shildon, Barnard Castle, Chilton, Spennymoor, Ferryhill, Newton Aycliffe, Annfield Plain, Stanley, Wolsingham, Tow Law, Stanhope, Frosterley

Flexible Hours: We offer flexible working hours to fit your lifestyle:

·         Monday to Friday: 7 AM - 2 PM / 3 PM - 10 PM

·         Alternate Weekends: 7 AM - 3 PM / 3 PM - 10 PM

A home care worker plays a vital role in supporting individuals who need assistance due to age, illness, disability, or other challenges. Their responsibilities typically include:

  • Personal care: Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.

  • Medication management: Ensuring medications are taken correctly and on time.

  • Meal preparation: Cooking nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs.

  • Companionship: Providing emotional support and social interaction.

  • Mobility assistance: Helping individuals move around safely, including using mobility aids.

  • Housekeeping: Performing light cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.

  • Transportation: Assisting with medical appointments and errands.

  • Monitoring health: Observing changes in physical and mental well-being and reporting concerns to healthcare professionals.

Home care workers help individuals maintain independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.
