We are looking for friendly, reliable, and ambitious people,
regardless of experience, to join our team of Care Assistants. We are
seeking someone who would like to work 15 - 20 hours per week, with a
mix of day and evening shifts, and who can also work alternate weekends.
We support clients all over the local area, including the following:
Wokingham, Woodley, Sonning, Winnersh, Shinfield, Earley, Lower
Earley, and Twyford areas of Berkshire.
You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care
Assistant, but we will teach you everything you need to know with our
industry leading training.
What we offer our Care Assistants:
- Premium Pay rates PLUS holiday pay, starting
from :
- £14.05 per hour, weekdays (daytime). (£15.75 inc Holiday Pay)
- £16.20 per hour, evenings & weekends. (£18.16 inc
Holiday Pay)
- £21.08-£28.10 per hour bank holidays. (£23.62-£31.49 inc
Holiday Pay)

Duties will include:
- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings
- Making a positive difference to their quality of life and
well-being every visit.
Requirements of a Care Assistant:
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have
access to own vehicle
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
- Be available for early mornings or evenings and alternate weekends (preferred)
If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer or
Heath Care Assistant we would love to hear from you. However, if you
do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage
candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail,
hospitality, hairdressers/ beauticians, covid testers, cleaners. This
