We are looking for friendly, reliable, and ambitious people, regardless of experience, to join our team of Care Assistants. We are seeking someone who would like to work 15 - 20 hours per week, with a mix of day and evening shifts, and who can also work alternate weekends. 

We support clients all over the local area, including the following: Wokingham, Woodley, Sonning, Winnersh, Shinfield, Earley, Lower Earley, and Twyford areas of Berkshire.

You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry leading training.

What we offer our Care Assistants:

  • Premium Pay rates PLUS holiday pay, starting from :
    • £14.05 per hour, weekdays (daytime). (£15.75 inc Holiday Pay)
    • £16.20 per hour, evenings & weekends. (£18.16 inc Holiday Pay)
    • £21.08-£28.10 per hour bank holidays. (£23.62-£31.49 inc Holiday Pay)

Duties will include:

  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
  • Personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
  • Shopping
  • Housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings
  • Making a positive difference to their quality of life and well-being every visit.

Requirements of a Care Assistant:

  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
  • Have a genuine passion to want to help others
  • Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
  • Be available for early mornings or evenings and alternate weekends (preferred)

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer or Heath Care Assistant we would love to hear from you.
