Caremark provides support for wedding couples

Caremark (Aylesbury & Wycombe) the local domiciliary care provider, announced today that it is offering a service to bride and grooms families to provide care for family members who need help during and after a wedding service.

The lead up to wedding and honeymoon is a busy and stressful time for the couple. Caremark can solve concerns about family members who need help and support on the day and afterwards, leaving the couple to concentrate on other wedding arrangements.

Caremark provide trained Care and Support Workers to help customers get ready for the service, to accompany them to the wedding and reception, and assist them home when they are ready to leave. This allows family members who may be elderly or have mobility difficulties to enjoy a full day at the wedding without worrying about how they are to get home.

With many people living with and caring for their parents, they can worry unnecessarily about how elderly or frail family member will fare while they are away on honeymoon. Caremark provides a live in carer for as long as needed to provide comfort that all will be taken care of. At the same time, the house can be cleaned up, the wedding clothes taken to the dry cleaner, and any other small jobs be done before the married couple return.

A full discussion of what is needed will be carried out with a Caremark Supervisor. Before the wedding the support worker will spend some time with the customer, in order to be introduced and so they know who will help them throughout the special day. The wedding couple can prepare all the other aspects of the wedding, knowing that their elderly relative or friend has all that he or she needs on the day and for any period afterwards that they need help.

A fixed price can be agreed, with a flexible option if it is not certain how long the support will be required. Caremark works closely with wedding consultants to ensure that all aspects for which they are responsible fit in with other arrangements made.
