One of the UK’s leading home care providers has expanded into Rotherham after it won a contract with Rotherham Borough Council to provide home care.
Ark Home Healthcare has opened an office in the town at Bradmarsh Business Park to provide care for people living in their own homes.
Ark regional manager Leanne Watson, responsible for the day-to-day management of Ark’s Rotherham operation, said: “We are delivering care to our clients with a complete focus on their individual needs.
“We work closely with every single one of them and their family to provide high quality care which is delivered by our comprehensively trained, experienced and dedicated home care workers.”
More than 30 staff have already been recruited and the company plans to expand its local workforce to at least 100 in the coming months to deliver care to both local authority and private clients.
Ark operates across the UK, providing home care to people with a range of needs: from basic home care support to people who require more complex care provision including those with physical and mental health disabilities.
Ark chief executive Mark Lavery adds: “Our ethos is to provide the very best in home care services. We are constantly pushing the boundaries – thanks to our hugely experienced and enthusiastic staff – to deliver care that is of the highest quality and, importantly, intended to make a real difference to the lives of our clients.”
