Independent UK home care provider, Home Instead Senior Care, continues to go from strength to strength, having seen expansion throughout much of the UK already this year and now announcing a fresh employment drive for North Yorkshire, with the aim of employing another 250 people.
The company’s North Yorkshire offices are based in seven locations: Harrogate, Ripon, Thirsk, Darlington, Wetherby, North Leeds and York, all of which offer tailor-made care services designed to help older and vulnerable members of the community remain in the comfort of their own homes.
Commenting on the challenges faced in meeting the needs of an ageing community, owner of Home Instead Harrogate, Sheena Van Parys, comments:
“It is our stated aim to change the way care is delivered to the elderly in the UK and, in doing so, change the face of ageing. It is the unique and high-quality, personal service which we offer that has allowed us to grow so quickly and create these jobs across the area. The rate at which our business is growing bears testament to the quality service our teams provide.”
“Our CAREGivers are very special people and greatly appreciated for the fantastic work they do. They come from varying backgrounds which is great for matching and relationship building with our clients but the attributes they all have in common are compassion, professionalism and a real desire to make a difference to the lives of others through care that is not rushed or time constrained.”
Home Instead Senior Care was founded in the USA in 1994 and has since grown to number around 900 franchises around the world.
