Carefound Home Care based in North Yorkshire, has announced plans to expand, creating 20 jobs in the Wetherby area.
The Carefound team provides its specialist home care and dementia care services to individuals and couples on both an hourly and 24-hour live-in basis.
This can include anything from basic help in the home, companionship, personal care through to support for more complex conditions such as dementia using an expert approach called the SPECAL method.
Oliver Stirk, director at Carefound Home Care, said: “We are seeing families become increasingly aware of the benefits of high quality care at home, particularly when it comes to specialist support such as dementia care or 24-hour live-in care. We are therefore seeking 20 new people to join our team over the next few months.”
“Although we are very selective in our recruitment process people don’t necessarily need prior professional caring experience - we are a friendly, supportive team and provide full training in all aspects of the care we provide. The most important thing is that applicants are caring, compassionate and take pride in what they do.”
Mr Stirk added: “It is great to see our operations expanding in the Wetherby area and we look forward to helping more elderly people maintain their independence at home.”
Members of the Carefound Home Care team will be available to chat to local residents in Wetherby at information stands in Morrisons supermarket on Tuesday 11 February and Wednesday 13 February.
