Oliver Stirk, director of Carefound Home Care, commented: “We support elderly people at home on both an hourly care and full-time live-in care basis. Helping our clients enjoy an active life as part of their local community is a vital part of the service we provide and being able to celebrate special times of the year with them is always a huge pleasure.
“In addition to basic help in the home and companionship, we also provide specialist support to families experiencing more complex conditions such as dementia and Parkinson’s. Events such as Easter can be a very effective way of triggering positive long-term memories which play an important role in improving the well-being of the people we support.”
