Transitions Care Fylde are pleased to announce that 3 videos have been uploaded to our webpage on homecare.co.uk.

The videos were recorded on 27th February at Ibbotson Court Blackpool with the Revoe-lution Choir led by their Musical Director Emma Jackson. People supported by Transitions and team members joined the choir and sang three songs that reflect the values and ethos of the company.

I'd Like To Teach The World To Sing ( in Perfect Harmony) was the first recorded and chosen for its lyrics about the world standing together and living as one.

We chose "We'll Meet Again" in celebration of people no longer with us, who along with their families were very much part of Transitions Care.

Happy Birthday seemed an appropriate song as in April, Transitions Care reaches its 3rd Birthday.

Sincere thanks to Emma Jackson for her expertise and organisation of the evening. Thanks to the team members who supported the event, the Revoe-lution Choir members, Aaron Jackson for this technical skills and support.

And a special thanks for the people Transitions Care support who took part in the event with such enthusiasm, energy and made the recording fun.
