Making smiles happen with Waitrose Peterborough

We've been busy in the community with local businesses, bringing cheer and making smiles happen by delivering shopping care packages kindly donated by local branch, Peterborough Waitrose.

Working with partners in the our local community is always something we strive to achieve.

That's why we were delighted when we approached Waitrose Peterborough, to be kindly donated twenty food care packages that our director, Tim and Peterborough community care manager, Sarah Weston, collected and delivered to some of our Peterborough customers.

Waitrose put together some lovely items including teabags, biscuits, tinned soups and fruit, fresh milk, eggs, pasta, cleaning products and even an Easter egg!

The items were delivered, with social distancing in mind, to customers who were just delighted with their deliveries and appreciated the gesture.
