Care at Home Services (South East) Ltd has acquired Westminster Homecare Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
Care at Home, which was founded in 1993 now has several brands including Care at Home Services, Beech Tree Total Care, Domus Live-In Care, and Westminster Homecare.
Care at Home Services is one of the UK's biggest home care providers. It has more than 3,700 workers operating from 28 branches. It also has 18 extra care facilities.
Westminster Homecare, set up in 1999, has over 3,000 workers giving home care, including live-in care, to people via its 22 branches in London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Gloucestershire, Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

Care at Home has appointed Patrick Carter to its Board of Directors who will serve as managing director at Westminster Homecare. Gareth Taylor has been appointed to the role of group finance director.
