Mr Godechot asked staff at Birdie, what they would like to thank care staff for this year.
The software engineer then composed and recorded a rap song based on their replies and created a video featuring care workers.
The upbeat rap includes the lyrics: “We wanted to thank you ‘cause you dared to care. Yeah you dared to care. Yeah you dared to care”.
The video was shared on social media on Homecare Day, which took place on December 9) to celebrate the home care sector via social media.
