The UKHCA has created a number of training videos to guide domiciliary care staff during the coronavirus pandemic.

Home care staff can join workshops on a wide range of topics including recruitment and retention and performance management.

Business support workshops include guidance on how to develop your home care business.

A workshop for registered managers takes place on 9 February and guidance on how to grow a home care business is scheduled for 10 February.

UKHCA (@ukhca) tweets about new training.

The association's Care Coordinator video describes how to work effectively as a care coordinator by managing time stress and staff effectively.

The slides and accompanying audio contain basic information and ideas on training during social distancing.
