Mayor opens new Bluebird Care office in Mid Essex

The mayor of Chelmsford has officially opened Bluebird Care’s new Mid Essex office Chelmsford and Maldon.

The mayor, Jude Deakin, was met on arrival by Bluebird Care Mid Essex’s directors, Kevin and Lucy McCormack.

Kevin McCormack, director of Bluebird Care Mid Essex, said: “The opening of the new office is a testament to the Mid Essex branch of Bluebird Care. Through building relationships with customers, setting high standards and delivering outstanding service, we have been able to grow.

"The new office puts us at the heart of the community in the city centre. It will allow us to continue to improve our high service levels to more customers in the region.

"A huge thank you to the whole team and madam mayor for celebrating with us and taking part in the official opening.”

Bluebird Care Mid Essex now has two offices, Chelmsford and Maldon, and supports over 100 customers.

Bluebird Care Mid Essex was recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by the CQC.

The company was created in 2004 by husband-and-wife team Paul and Lisa Tarsey. Today Bluebird Care has over 200 offices throughout the UK and provides nearly eight million care visits at home every year which equates to over 22,000 care visits to over nine and a half thousand customers each day.
