ITS ' GOOD CARE ' MONTH

This July we celebrate ' Good Care ' month for anyone working in health and social care and what this means for our staff!

Good care month is observed over the month of July and aims to acknowledge our amazing team of care staff that work with our clients within the community and demonstrate what not only what we do but all care providers care teams do to support the needs of people requiring support in their homes.

This recognition helps inspire the public to consider a role in the health and social care sector and Bridge Care are extremely passionate about this. Social care is such a huge and important factor to healthcare services and we embody the Good Care aims to admire and recognise our team of carers and what they do for our local community.

Our staff support our clients in a variety of ways from support with personal care, home help tasks, offering companionship and ALWAYS going the extra mile.

Our staff deliver amazing care and those who are in other sectors deserve a month of recognition for what they do and we are here to do it too!

Our goal for July is to visit all of our staff members and give them a bunch of flowers in appreciation for the 'Good Care' they deliver and hope that this little act of appreciation demonstrates to them and all how much we appreciate not only what they do for us as a business but those who receive the services in the care sector.

Being a carer in the health care sector can be mentally challenging and our team not only overcome these challenges and put their clients first but have faced Covid 19 head on with our clients as their first priority and for that Bridge Care wants to honor them.
