RDK completes over 40 healthcare transactions in 2023

Redwoods Dowling Kerr are delighted to announce over 40 healthcare transactions completed in 2023 so far. In September alone RDK’s healthcare team facilitated seven business sales throughout the UK.

The team handled the sale of Abbeycare Ltd, a group of six supported living homes and a domiciliary care agency in Sheffield, which sold to a major corporate investor under the name of Project Sahara.

September also saw the sale of several care homes including Woodlands Care Home in Mansfield, Hollow Oak in Cumbria, and Malvern House in Cornwall. RDK also facilitated several homecare sales, including Rendezvous Care in Sussex, Caring Co in the East Midlands, and ADKA Independence Ltd in Yorkshire.

RDK forecasts continued M&A activity within the UK’s healthcare sector.
