We are delighted to announce that Ethica Care is a finalist at the Hertfordshire Care Awards (HCPA) 2024, nominated in the Most Innovative Homecare category.

At Ethica Care we believe innovation is key to providing exceptional home care, that evolves with our clients’ needs and the latest research.

Our nominated work has included a focus on social health. We have prioritised vital social interaction for the people we serve, such as befriending, trips and interaction outside the home. We are collaborating with other services to facilitate the best quality of life for our users – from enabling a service user to care once again for his much-loved dog to providing holistic, multi-faceted support to people with complex care needs.

We have also invested in specialist training for advanced dementia, and technology to streamline staff communication and make their working day better.

We’re looking forward to celebrating the great care work carried out in Hertfordshire at the HCPA award event on 28 November. We would like to express our gratitude to all our hardworking team at Ethica Care for achieving this nomination, and send our congratulations to all the nominees.
