SummerCare is the best Investor in People in Essex !!!
It is truly outstanding that SummerCare are the highest Social Care organisation in Essex and in fact one of only eight silver award winning Investors in People in central England in Social Care.
On top of the 2014 award for Best Employer in the country and the 2013 award for their Contribution to the Community and Excellent Customer Service, this award goes to show that SummerCare goes from strength to strength in the quality of the service it provides to the most vulnerable in society as well as the investment it makes in its strong team.
Out of 22,000 organisations in the UK with the Investors in People accreditation (40,000 plus internationally) only 1.5% have Silver Status !!
The Managing Director Dr Asif Raja summed up the achievement by saying
“ We are extremely proud of our Silver award and the recognition its given the team for their continued efforts to improve staff development, skills and expertise and our high standards of care and support for societies most vulnerable adults. Here’s to continuing to make a positive difference."
