Very happy with the service, carers are happy and caring. Helpful and caring, the client has never looked so well looked after. The house is looking good as well. He is happy with the service. The office staff are really helpful.

The care agency, CHD Care at Home, have always been very helpful friendly and professional. The carers they provide are always on time and excellent in their service. If I have reason to cancel them at any time, the office staff are always very accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble.

I am very happy with the service. The carers are extremely professional and always very caring. They treat my mother with thought and respect as well as coping with her complex needs. The staff at the office are always helpful and will deal with any concerns.

My dad is well cared for. The carers look after him with kindness and are always cheerful. His medicines and food are scheduled per the doctor's instructions. This can include checks on his pain level and taking his temperature if needed. He is happy with his care.

Friendly caring staff, we and mum are very happy with her care providers. Those that visit on a daily basis are amazing and compassionate, as are the office staff who are always very accommodating with any changes needed, which are dealt with very efficiently.

My caregivers are always very kind, caring and extremely professional. I look forward to them coming every day. They always know what to do, can sort out any problems and always put a smile on my face. I know my family feel very happy and contented with the excellent care I receive not only from the nurses but the staff in the office.

My regular carers come to visit me three times a day. They are always punctual, wake me gently and treat me with dignity and respect. They look after all of my personal needs. They go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable and have got to know me very well. I am often in a lot of pain, they always make sure that I am ok in bed and as comfortable as possible when they go. Always friendly and chatty, my regular carers brighten up my day.

I have received care from this company for approximately nine years now. The professional standard and dedication of the staff, particularly in the latter years, have been excellent. Very friendly staff that accommodate my needs to fit in with my hospital appointments when necessary. I look forward to seeing my carers twice a day and love my phone calls from the office staff who keep me well informed of any changes. Overall, now very happy, thank you.

Longdene has been caring for my 97-year-old mother, with very limited mobility, in her own home for the last months. The carers visit three times per day. Everyone at Longdene has been especially good at caring for her individual needs. The office is always prompt to respond whenever I have any queries. As well as performing all the practical tasks the carers are always chatty and friendly throughout their visits. We feel reassured that my mother is receiving reliable care, and most importantly, is able to remain in her own home, for which, she is extremely thankful.

I have two family members who receive a service from the manager and the team. The team are well managed, very personable and responsive. The support workers are lovely and have got to know both my family members well. Continuity of support worker is very good.

My father only received care from CHD Care at Home for a few months but in that time he had nothing but praise for them. Being very independent at 96 up till the time of his care, he was very apprehensive. But all his carers made him feel very at ease. He was in and out of hospital on several occasions and each time he was discharged, whatever carer attending him on his return, always brought him some provision until he could get a delivery. All the office staff are also very friendly and helpful. Whenever I needed advice on an issue I always got a swift positive reply.

Over the years, a large amount of management team has come and gone however, in recent months there appears to be a drastic improvement within the staff and running of the office. The carers that visit my loved one are amazing and the office always deals with any queries efficiently and promptly. I can’t thank everyone enough for enabling my loved one to remain in their own home.

My carers all treat me with respect, they will do most things I ask them to - they spend the time to talk to me. I have carers that cook good meals for me. They are all clean and tidy and we also have banter - I look forward to their visits.

We are both very lucky to have Longdene to give us care and support as my husband is unwell. As a carer myself it's not easy but Longdene are a truly wonderful team. Out in all weather's, nothing is too much trouble.

I have had to become accustomed to meeting a lady, originally unknown to me, who performs personal care. They are friendly, helpful carers and they are performing duties and nothing more. Some go beyond the call of duty, others do just what is necessary and leave The social services provide a minimum of time, since money is limited. I have had to limit friendship and, especially talking openly about myself, my family and personal details, finances in particular.
