Everything is pretty good with the team, communication is good, really enjoy AMG. There's a laughing joke with the carrot. We also have a professional relationship. The only thing I would say in regards to improvement as the carers need to be more open and have a bit more common sense, or AMG tends to figure out all carers that are pretty good with me.

We've used AMG since 2015 for our little boy! 10 years later we're still with AMG, have had the same main carer for 10 years and our second carer for 4 years - consistency and continuity for our child is so important and that's happened with AMG and the right carers being placed with us, they're now like family! Nothing's too much for the office to sort out when I contact them last minute and the staff are always on hand to answer any queries or change care hours! We struck lucky in 2015 and ten years on we still have the same care and carers which is testament to AMG.

I really don't know how I would cope without the company and carer that we have, in the last 12 months that we have had the new carer my wife has gone from not wanting to do much to being a lot more involved in everyday life. If we have a problem which very rarely happens it gets sorted straight away. I can go out now and I don't have to worry about my wife because I know she is in safe hands with the carer.
