Audley Care Tunbridge Wells, Willicombe House, Willicombe Park, Tunbridge Wells, TN2 3UU
View Full Details of Audley Care Willicombe ParkI've been a client of Audley Care for 5 years. The service I've received has been great. I'm always put at ease when I call the office to check when staff are on their way or if I've had to report something. I've always informed the office for when I will be away on holiday if I'm due support for that week, I feel I've always shown understanding if support cannot come due to an emergency or for any other reason why my support won't happen. The staff have always helped me with housekeeping and always listen to me if I feel I need to express concerns or to share what's on my mind.
Very satisfied with all the carers and staff. All problems are promptly dealt with. I feel comfortable and very well supported. Overall a very kind and professional service.
The carers have always been helpful, caring and friendly. Since Mum came out of hospital at the end of February with lots of medical issues, all the staff have been amazing with help, care and advice. We are very grateful to them all and the office/management staff too for helping us sort things out for her.
We have used Audley Care for more than 3 years. During this time I have found the carers to be very professional and caring. My dignity has always been respected.
Thank you to all for the wonderful care and support you are providing for my father (aged nearly 90). To quote my father he says to me every day you are brilliant. I think his comment says it all.
Audley has done an amazing job supporting my elderly aunt on her return to her assisted living flat after an operation on a broken ankle. Not only are the carers lovely, but Audley has also been incredibly thoughtful about my aunt's needs while she is recovering. The Quality Care Supervisor even went back to the local authority because she was worried my aunt was becoming socially isolated. She managed to arrange extra funds to help my aunt attend lunch with other residents and thus get out of her room and see other people. If that's not looking out for your clients' best interests, I don't know what is.
The carers that are looking after my mum are extremely helpful and are very caring as she is very poorly. All of them look after her very well and with care in mind. They are all very friendly and do their job with a smile and laugh which takes the edge off a very stressful time. Wouldn't want any other company as there is no fault with the carers.
This company was suggested to me by my mother's GP. She is 93 and frail. They started to come in January 2020. When lockdown came and as mum was not spending her money on anything else, we increased this to daily visits. Their communication with me has been excellent but the care they have given mum has been the highest standard. They were always going above and beyond. When I was finally able to visit again in July, I found mum and her home in excellent condition. She had formed strong bonds with the care team and the manager has been outstanding. After a fall in August, mum was in hospital and an Enablement Team have taken over her care to assess for Social Service support once more. I cannot wait until we can get Audley back in. Mum is still paying for Audley to come twice a week for housekeeping as the Enablement Team are only offering personal care. Quite simply: Audley Care does. They really do care and for the whole person.
Very good service.
I am very happy with my experience with Audley Care. Big thanks goes to all the girls who are currently caring for my mother; they are all very supportive and caring. Any issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Generally, staff are caring and good at their job, treating Mum with compassion and dignity and working hard for their client's care. Sometimes the bed is left unmade, which Mum and Dad can't sort out themselves. This may be because some carers are not used to making beds with sheets and blankets. We have had to phone a few times to point out that Mum had not taken her medication and a few days in a row. This is supposed to be checked as part of her care plan. Also, sometimes we have to phone to request earlier visit times as the rota creeps later and later, which means Mum is more likely to get herself dressed, washed and in the previous day's dirty padded pants. These are just niggles, however, overall we are very pleased with the care that staff provide.
I have been a resident-only since the 3rd of October - hardy time to write an accurate review, but I have had a warm welcome, and every effort has been made to help me settle in.
The girls that care for me are worth their weight in gold. There is nothing that is too much to ask of them........100% professional and 100% committed. In my opinion......OVERWORKED and UNDERPAID. Always a kind ear to your situation/predicament.
Excellent friendly care at all times and in all circumstances.
They cannot pull out all the stops enough.
Extremely good Indian head massage, given by a very pleasant, caring young lady.
Although there were a large number of women attending my father, they were all courteous and kind and respectful. They were appropriately chatty, and one, in particular, gave my father some home grown vegetables from her garden which were already prepared. (a Malaysian lady? - very kind).
Audley has provided a reliable and consistent service for the last 12 months. The care team are thoughtful and resourceful, using initiative to resolve problems when necessary. They contact other member s of the family when needed and show a very respectful and caring attitude.
During my visits, I have met a number of staff, managers, carers and bar/restaurant staff, who have all impressed me with their care and attention to my mother.
Always on time, any rare occasion always kept informed. All carers are lovely and get on with mum. Any problems are communicated so can be dealt with. Communication is superb unlike other firms had. Really satisfied with care and carers.
