View Full Details of Peoples Care Solutions Ltd by Christina's Home CareI consider myself very fortunate to be cared for by Peoples Care Solutions Ltd by Christina's Home Care.
Carers visit is very important, is certain to provide meals and correct medication. Also to share a few minutes of conversation, to break up the day. Always glad to see the carer and have few words. Could not easily manage without her.
Excellent service.
Personally, I have found the carers to be very diligent and helpful. We understand that they have a demanding role/timetable to fulfill, as such the initial times given are not always met because of the personal demands of others. Our carer has to be aware - that times given by individual consultants are usually required to be met - so sometimes there is a clash and rectification is necessary. When this occurs changes have to be made, it is not a reflection on the carers but it may help if individual consultants were aware of our carer's time constraints.
I have had care from Christina's once a day since April. So far have been treated well by all carers and trust this will continue. There seems to be a huge team of carers though and it is very helpful to have some continuing for work patients and staff.
Recently my husband has acquired the service and care of Christina's Home Care Services. I am delighted with the professionalism, efficiency and caring that all carers who attend to him provide. The tenderness, understanding and support are superb! I would recommend this company to anyone who requires their services in the future. Sincere thanks to you all.
The overall experience has been fine as with anything life changing it takes a while to get used to, for them and us. It takes a while to get into a new and different experience and has now settled down and feels better for both parties. The client getting to know the carers and the carers getting to know the client's needs and understanding their condition and working together with the client. Carers having good compassion for their client should be very important for the situation they are in.
In general, I am very satisfied with the care provided and am very grateful for the service given. The carers in general are polite, helpful and look after my particular requirements. I have established a good relationship with one outstanding carer to whom nothing is a bother and help is forthcoming in many ways. She lifts my spirits on many occasions and demonstrates a friendly manner in all situations. I look forward to her visit she is a perfect role model for your organisation.
We are delighted with the service we are receiving from Christina's Home Care.
In the majority, the staff deal with my wife's condition (MND) with kindness and respect, making it possible for her to stay in her own home. At times, there is a lack of communication from the office.
Carers are very nice, all friendly.
I have been caring for my mum for the last 2 months, she has dementia and can not get out of bed without the help of Peoples Care Solutions by Christina's Home Care. There is no way I could do this. All the carers that visit are friendly, polite, helpful and do an amazing job caring for my mum.
Very pleased with my carers. They are very helpful, making sure that I get my medication, and my meals. They go above and beyond to see that I am comfortable.
I am more than pleased with the service provided. I have a lovely team of carers who provide me with excellent care in a friendly manner.
Great experience, great company to him, overall carers have been fantastic, carers give great support and meet his needs and make his day to day life more enjoyable, without the care and support he wouldn't be here.
All staff are first class. The carers who look after me are lovely, attentive and like having a wee chat. They have helped me cope with my duties when I fell and lost my confidence. I have one staff member as a befriender. She gives me confidence, shop and go places. I cannot hesitate to thank them.
It is a good service, a regular group of carers who have time to spend with my husband and feel they know him personally. Do well with their timekeeping.
We have had very good service over the last 12 months. Times of visits can vary, but that is to be expected as it depends on the carer's previous client. We always get an earlier visit if required for a special reason. The carers are very good and pleasant. They all treat my wife with courtesy.
The carers are always very pleasant to my mum, they help her with whatever needs she requires, they give health advice for eg if they notice swollen ankles etc, they are always quite chatty and my mum enjoys the chats she has with them and looks forward to them coming. I couldn't ask for a better care company for my mum.
We are very grateful for the excellent service provided. Any complaints have been lack of information when carer has been delayed at previous call but office staff have been very polite and helpful when I called to ask if someone was coming. A phone call to reassure would be good but know this is not always possible.
