This helps me support my sister and enables her to access the community. Goldleaf took over the service and support in April and my sister is enjoying the support and activities that she does with her personnel assistant.
The client is suffering from Alzheimer's disease and, as such, needs 24-hour live-in care. Gold Leaf provide live-in care for the client in order to cover when the client's permanent carer is not available. This arrangement works really well and has been in place for more than a year now. I am very pleased with the commitment to home care that Gold Leaf provides.
I'm really happy with Goldleaf. Always prompt and professional and privacy always met. They make up breakfast and lunch with coffee and tea. They encouraged me to be happy and better than yesterday!
We decided it was time to have some assistance for Mum. Goldleaf Homecare in Welwyn was recommended to us by a friend and I cannot emphasise how amazing the whole team is. From the beginning, the handover was not rushed and everything was explained to us. The care staff really do go above and beyond and always provide her favourite hot drink at night, it's the little details which make a huge difference.
I have an excellent and trusting rapport with the entire Goldleaf Homecare workforce - plus the company management.
My experience with Goldleaf Homecare Welwyn has been a pleasure. All the girls that have been in on my day have been tears of laughter with them. It's not nice when any of them quit as then you have to get used to a new person, but for myself, it's been great. Also, it's nice to see the office girls pitch in when they start, for leavers, sickness and holidays. So good job girls, 5-stars. I have said good for value for money as still waiting for invoices.
