Can't recommend Crescent Homecare enough, best care company around! My nana has had the carers for about 3 years and we have been overjoyed with their service. The girls that looked after my nana were nothing short of amazing! I will be forever grateful for the care and compassion they showed her over the years. Having carers was something we were initially apprehensive about and so was she. Meeting the girls soon put our minds at ease. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were always chatty and smiling. We got to know the girls well as a family. My nana absolutely loved them all and really looked forward to their visits. Unfortunately, my nana passed away in January and was looked after by the carers, right up until she went into hospital. As a family, we can't thank them enough for their support over the years. We will continue to recommend Crescent Homecare to anyone looking for a care company.

My mother received invaluable twice-daily visits from Crescent Homecare staff, until she moved to a carehome. She also received twice-weekly bathing and social outings. I think this reliable and friendly service contributed greatly to her well-being. Daily social interaction was so important for my mother, and she enjoyed the carers' company so much that some carers have remained friends. On occasion, Crescent Homecare carers went above and beyond their scheduled service, even staying overnight to take care of her, and for this I am very grateful.

My dad has been having care from Crescent Homecare for 2 years now. Without their excellent care, he would not be still living in his own home. All carers are good, some are exceptional. They all do more than I initially expected. After he has a shower, they put the washing in. I do his main shopping but they pop for bread and milk. If he unexpectedly runs out of medication, they phone the doctors. If he needs the nurse to come, they call them. The office cancel visits if I request it (with 24 hours notice). I get a weekly email telling us which carers are coming and what time. Friends who use other agencies tell me this is unusual. Senior staff have advised me and supported me in getting things dad needed, like a hospital bed. Without them, I would have not known how to get one. All in all, excellent.

My 98-year-old Mam has returned to her own home after spending 7 months in a care home. We were let down on the day she was going home, and Crescent Homecare swiftly sorted us a package, for which I’m so grateful. We’re over two weeks in now, and I’m very impressed with the quality of staff. They all seem to genuinely care and Mam is treated with respect and dignity. The company appears to be very well run and the staff are always on time. Office staff very helpful too. Would I recommend them to anyone! Most definitely. From our experience so far, I’d say they’re a first-class care team who are very engaging. Well done everyone at Crescent.

My mum has had care from Crescent Homcare for about two years. She has dementia but wants to live at home so we all agreed to four visits a week to ensure she eats. The other three she has other care input. Also Mum needed an assisted bath once a week. What I love about the company is that if we need to change the care plan it's done immediately. One week my mum wants this to eat then she doesn't and one week she wants her bedding changed and then she changes her mind. The home care works around Mum's needs only. Also, I can read daily (which I do) the carer's notes online which is so reassuring. All in all, I would recommend.

Crescent Homecare looked after Mum for the last twelve months of her life and I cannot praise their care enough. All staff were friendly and Mum loved having them. They didn't dictate to her and always asked what she wanted. They kept me informed at all times if there were any problems and were quick to respond if her health deteriorated. She was treated with the greatest respect and dignity at all times. I cannot recommend this company and their carers enough and I thank them all for everything they did for my mum, it was greatly appreciated.

I was very pleasantly surprised at the standard of care and attention I received from Crescent Homecae carers. They were very kind, caring and nothing was a trouble to them. They were prepared and did go the extra mile. Thank you, to them all.

Crescent Homecare have looked after my grandad for a few years now the care and compassion are outstanding, the care provided is excellent. All staff are very friendly and treat him with the upmost respect and dignity would highly recommend this company.

The experiences I have had have all been positive, if I have had any problems they have been dealt with them swiftly and efficiently and always tried to accommodate if things needed to be changed. The staff are excellent and very friendly, also very trustworthy. The care is brilliant and I am always treated with dignity.

After a lengthy stay in hospital recovering from a series of life-changing injuries, the service that Crescent Homecare has provided has been first-class. Always professional, punctual and supportive with nothing too much trouble, the whole team have been a fantastic help from day one and has helped us massively to adapt to my change in circumstances. I would strongly recommend Crescent Homecare to anyone without hesitation.

We have used this service for years now, for my brother with a learning disability. Crescent Homecare help him to access the community and always make sure that he is able to make appropriate informed choices regarding his choice of activity. Excellent person-centred individual service, that always goes the extra mile. Flexible and very reliable. They contribute to a team that enables him to live a full and valued life.

My husband needed care for the two months before his death in February 2023. I chose Crescent Homecare of Langlet Park for its friendly, unpretentious response to my enquiries, unlike the more slick business style manner of other companies. The staff who came to look after him were good timekeepers and were, without exception, kind and competent. They were friendly but not familiar and respected and remembered our preferences. I would not hesitate to recommend Crescent to anyone in the district requiring care.

This team helped and supported my grandma's needs throughout the whole time she was in their care. I would highly recommend this company! Any issues I had were addressed accordingly and I felt I could trust the carers to look after my grandma to the best of their abilities. My grandma was protected and safe and to me, that was all that mattered the most. The management team was very informative about any changes. I truly believe that this company specialises in the care of its service users. I trusted them with my whole heart in taking care of my grandma.

After a long battle trying to find a care company that thrives on the word CARE, we finally feel we have found a company who cares unconditionally about my gran. Words can not describe how much we appreciate all the love and support, from that very first visit from the assistant manager, to now. Crescent Homecare has made a dramatic change in my gran’s life and ours as a family. The girls who care for Gran are amazing with her, and so loving towards her. The level of care and compassion your care staff have and show is outstanding, all of the girls who care for Gran show a level of love we have always wanted for Gran. Nothing is too much for them, they go above and beyond daily and it does not go unnoticed. I would like to thank all of the staff who care for Gran. Thank you for showing us, that we can put our trust in a care company again.

Initially, we employed Crescent Homecare to ensure my mum took her Alzheimer's medication and this worked well for three months. Unfortunately, Mum's health took a dramatic turn for the worse in May. The carers found her on the floor twice and stayed as long as required to get her up safely, got her the assistance required and kept me updated throughout as I did not live nearby. Once Mum returned from hospital her needs had changed significantly and she required four visits a day with personal care, which quickly escalated to two carers each visit. Throughout this process, the company and carers were extremely accommodating to the changing circumstances. During this time they were also extremely helpful and supportive to me as I was struggling emotionally with my mum's sudden terminal diagnosis. I was so grateful for their kindness and support at a very tough time. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Crescent Homecare Ltd provided an excellent service, following Mum's brief time in a care home. All of the carers looked after Mum really well, carrying out tasks efficiently with kindness and sensitivity. The management team also visited and made sure that Mum was being looked after properly and that we were completely satisfied with the service. Very easy to contact by phone or email and the response to any questions was immediate. Excellent!

The carers at Crescent Homecare are always really kind to my parents, treating them with dignity and respect while helping them to wash and dress and nothing is a bother to them. They always have a happy disposition and greet you with a smile. I wouldn't be frightened to recommend Crescent Homecare to anyone as both staff and managers are lovely. They offer a top-class service.
