Caring and reliable staff. Mum looks forward to their twice-daily visits
and we would be lost without their visits when we are away. Management
is always available. Requests for visit changes are dealt with promptly.

Fylde Community Care has been providing care at home for my mum, who has
advanced dementia for over a year now. I could not be happier with the
quality of care that my mum receives. I spent three years trying
different companies and carers and was on the verge of giving up because
I couldn't find a company that could send carers who cared as much as
me. FCC carers aren't just as good as me being there, they're better
because they not only treat my mum like she's their family, but they
have the experience, the expertise, the good practice, the communication
skills, the assessment skills and the downright compassion to really
make a positive difference to mum's life. Before FCC we thought a lot of
Mum's aggression and anxiety were a direct result of her dementia. FCC
has taken the time to get to know Mum, form a bond with her, and make
sound observations based on professional experience, and Mum is now
content, peaceful happy and relaxed. I would recommend FCC without a
moment's hesitation.
