Contacted Home Instead when our previous care company couldn't offer the extended package I needed. Home instead have been wonderful. Very professional, caring and organised. Managers and admin staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Carers are lovely and work well with my husband. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a care package.

I needed help at home following a hip replacement and Home Instead provided me with carers for the first 4 weeks following my surgery. They provided me with all the help I needed in the preparation of meals, housework, application of surgical stockings etc. In fact there was nothing I felt they could not help me with. Each of the carers worked to the highest of standards. They were all punctual and extremely pleasant. In fact I felt that I got to know them well in the short time they were with me. Should I be in a similar situation in the future, I would not hesitate to use Home Instead. They are very a very professional organisation.

In November my parents had a failed experience of respite care. Whilst making plans for them to return home, Home Instead provided an outstanding level of support to enable us to increase carers visits. I can't understate how much their professional and understanding approach helped with a very difficult situation and this is ongoing. I feel confident with the whole service and the attitude and support given is inclusive of both admin and care staff as they are all exceptionally helpful and definitely go above and beyond. Home Instead are a lifeline for us as a family due to having confidence in their overall delivery of care with a professional attitude.

Home Instead have cared for my Mum and Dad for about 4 years now. Their support has adapted to Mum and Dad's changing care needs which has enabled my parents to remain in their own home with their much loved pets. Care has been delivered with great compassion and respect for my parents' dignity but most importantly the visits of the Care Pros have brought fun and interest into their lives. More recently my parents needed Live In Care and the Live In Care Pros' professional yet homely input has given me a reassuring peace of mind.

Mum has been having the services of Home Instead in a morning for a couple of months now. She lives alone and has dementia. It has been a big help and has given me peace of mind that mum is being looked after and has some company while I'm at work. The ladies do a great job, and the reports say that mum is always happy, which is lovely to hear. The care coordinator is always at the end of the phone if I have any queries. Very happy with everything. Thank you

We've been using Home Instead for a couple of months to help care for my dad and support my mum. I genuinely can't say enough good things about them! Everything has been made to feel so easy from the start, they're so helpful and friendly. My dad was assigned the perfect carer - he and my mum took to her immediately and for me, I feel so reassured knowing they're in the best hands. I can't thank you enough!

The manager and her team provided outstanding care to my mum when she became unwell and needed extra care. They were always so friendly and helpful and respectful of my mum's dignity at all times. The manager always tried to accommodate any extra time needed as Mum's condition deteriorated and would step in herself if staff weren't available. She is an outstanding manager and very caring.

Home Instead (Northwich) have provided our Mum with care services several times a week since mid-2023. We have been very impressed by all aspects of their service. The care professionals have each formed a lovely relationship with Mum and she always looks forward to their visits. They are highly professional in caring for Mum and let us know if they have any concerns. The office-based team are equally helpful and has shown great flexibility in adjusting schedules as Mum's needs have changed. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead to anyone seeking support for an elderly relative who wants to continue living independently.

I have been impressed by the attention to detail by the office and the training you give to the carers you employ. Most of them so quickly pick up little things like where items are stored, filling of glass of water in my bedroom, emptying of waste bins etc. i.e. they show initiative when required. The office keeps a close check on whether carers actually arrive and makes the client aware if they expect to be late, i.e. good communication between carer and the office.

Home Instead provided support for my 82 year old mum who has Alzheimer’s. Their care professionals were so lovely patient and kind and their support enabled us to keep Mum living independently at home for 2 years before the need for 24-hour care meant she needed a care home. They accompanied Mum shopping, helped with light cleaning and food preparation and offered friendship and companionship. As Mum’s condition progressed they tailored their care to suit her needs and most importantly Mum looked forward to the visits.

I cannot recommend Home Instead highly enough. My mum has recently started having daily visits; the ladies who care for her are endlessly kind, smiley and patient. My mum enjoys her visits and is more engaged and happy because of them.

We have been using Home Instead Northwich and Knutsford since November 2020. The support they provide for my husband with dementia is invaluable for him and myself. We have gradually increased the regular hours that we have, as his needs have increased. They have been brilliant at matching the carers to my husband, we have the same carers on the same days and times every week. Their support has enabled me to continue supporting him at home and carry on doing the things I enjoy and maintain my own health. The carers are amazing, very kind, calm, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. They have also recently provided live in care to enable me to go away and visit family and friends. This has been fantastic and I really appreciate all the help they have provided. All the work they do researching what care is required before the carers visit is amazing. I cannot recommend Home Instead enough.

I can't recommend the team at Home Instead highly enough, they are fantastic. Each person, whether that's an office member or care professional, genuinely cares about my mum. They are respectful but still manage to get difficult tasks done. They have bent over backwards to accommodate everything I've asked of them. My mum has gone from absolutely not wanting anyone in the house, to welcoming everyone with a smile on her face. I love the fact that they don't just rush in and out, but actually sit down with my mum, giving her companionship. I'm convinced that her dementia is not progressing as quickly as I'd feared because she now has so much good company. Thoroughly recommend.

Home Instead (Northwich) began providing care for my mother in January. They matched her with a lovely care professional, and their relationship is developing well. The visits are companionship based, and the pair of them head out for coffee and lunch and run errands in the village. My mother has recently moved to the area, and the care pro has been a great help to me in sorting out the new house. Really pleased. The team at the office are super-helpful and lovely too.

Always friendly and positive. On time and really caring with my mother. She looks forward to their arrival. They cover all action points, take care to detail all issues and promptly report daily activity on their app which is really useful as I live 200 miles away.

Both myself and my brother are more than happy with Home Instead who seem to go above and beyond what is required. My mum seems happy with all the carers, who show love, care and compassion, and often mention on the app how she loves to sing, and the carers will sing along with her (even if they don't know the song!) The new app is so easy to use and very informative, allowing us to see exactly which carer is there, the time when they log in and out and a complete update on mum's wellbeing.

In January 2023 I needed assistance with a transfer to Ireland of my 87 year old parents, my mum is bedridden. I contacted a couple of care companies and a private ambulance unsuccessfully before thankfully I came across Home Instead in Northwich, Cheshire. After a very detailed conversation with the manager who said that she had never had such a request before, she was however confident that she could indeed help. She set about researching what needed to be done to ensure a safe and secure transfer and after outlining in detail her responsibilities to my Mum everything was agreed and a date set. An excellent carer called attended my mum from her home in Northwich to her new home in Ireland via a ferry crossing in a disability cabin. On the day of the move the manager even came to assist in getting Mum ready before waving us off. I cannot speak highly enough of the manager and her team and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with a professional need.

For the last 5 years, Home Instead, have been supporting my parents to remain living in their own home. My father died at home aged 91 3 years ago. He was supported throughout by Home Instead. My mother, who has 'gentle' dementia is still living in the family home. The care Mum receives is excellent. Her carers are kind and caring and do everything to support Mum to remain in her home. They are always cheerful, positive and professional. The office staff are fantastic and very professional. They regularly visit and update care plans. All the carers are informed by email of the updates. The office staff are excellent at informing me of any concerns. I live 150 miles away from my mother and we could not manage Mum without the wonderful support of Home Instead.
