View Full Details of Premier Community - NottinghamshireOnly problem is that my mum needs 2 carers per visit and the morning call is too late
Since I've had Premier Community from 19th June 2024. I've had satisfactory and brilliant work from the carers. Everything that I've ticked below in the box, no complaints, very happy.
The carers are very friendly, chatty and funny. They have brought my husband out of depression and suicidal thoughts. They all, without exception, do the very best for him, for which I am very grateful indeed.
I am very happy with all the carers that attend my calls. They are very caring and go above and beyond.
We've had Premier a few months now and I've seen such a change in my mum, she's looking much better and I know she's happier. Every single carer is beyond kind and helpful, the communication is excellent. My mind is now at rest knowing she is safe and cared for. I feel as though I have my mum back now. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone needing care for their loved ones.
After 3 months of carers that had no compassion or respect for my father, Premier Community were recommended to me and thank goodness for that. From day one the carers have been compassionate and respectful with a clear understanding of client's needs. They are also very supportive of other family members. A friendly and very professional service which has resulted in close family feeling less isolated and alone. They keep me informed of what's happening and I trust them all. We could not have wished for better carers or a better service.
Would highly recommend this company. The care my dad received over a short period towards the end of his life was outstanding. The communication between all levels of staff was excellent and was always prompt in dealing with any slight issues. The carers went far and beyond their kindness care commitment and professionalism was outstanding and always was consistent in their care. Unfortunately we lost our dad on New Year’s Eve so no longer need their services but we will be forever grateful for the service they provided.
Overall the carers are respectful and I wouldn't want to be without them. I am happy with the service and feel supported by management if I have to contact the office. I enjoy the visits and like to have a laugh with my carers.
Accepting the need for outside help is a big step but everyone we have been in contact with so far has been kind, caring and professional.
From the first time I met a carer, so friendly yet professional. She came with a brochure from Premier and made me feel at ease. We tried 3 other care agencies before Premier who was brought to us via our social worker and from the very first introduction to my husband soon he began to have a bit of banter and he always looks forward to his carers coming. The carers take such good care of my husband that I began to relax and my back was healing nicely after my operation. It has taken a lot of strain off me. Premier carers present themselves professionally both in appearances and how they work and conduct themselves with a smile on their faces. They have helped us so much, we don't feel so alone and isolated.
Carers are all kind friendly patient people who treat Mum with dignity and consideration. Those who are older, more experienced in life she finds more relaxing as younger people seem to speak faster and ask her more questions. As she is a hearing aid user and has mild dementia it is stressful for her to explain where things are or how she needs duties to be done on a daily basis. She has had a few health appointments this month and Premier Care has worked with us to provide care at a time to fit around these. There was one occasion when she got a call to say no one could attend. Fortunately, I was already at Mum's and could complete the necessary actions. This has happened before at the weekend.
All care workers were excellent, helpful and caring they were always ready to help with anything and relaxed us both. Our time with you was short only ten days, but we have asked not to be taken off your register as we can come back to you if necessary.
Mum has been getting more unsteady on her legs and falling regularly. In the last week before hospitalisation, she fell three times alone. Luckily on two of these occasions, her carer that day was with her when this happened; she was there to help get family members and emergency services and stay with her giving comfort and support. All the carers that helped her during the period ruining up to this were absolutely fantastic with her, treating her with dignity, compassion and thoughtfulness. Thanks to all concerned.
Mum has had Premier carers for over a year. Her body is failing but her mind is sharp and alert. She is determined to retain her independence. Mum had a fall over the weekend and is now unable to use her stairs and is living upstairs, she is totally reliant on her carers for her meals, drinks and medication. Whilst this is a frustration for Mum, her team of carers all fully stepped up to the mark, helping with everything. It has increased their workload, but the 3 carers over the week have done everything possible to make Mum as comfortable as possible and provide all the care she needs and more. Nothing has been too much trouble. Mum accepts now that she needs carers and their help and support has been her lifeline. So a big 'thank you' to the carers for the care you have provided for Mum during this very difficult week from both of us. The phone app updates help me to manage my care time with Mum, so thanks for the details you provide about each call, highlighting any issues.
I am very happy with the care my mum is getting from Premier Community, they are always very kind, helpful and caring and treat my mum with the upmost dignity. I have sometimes had to ring up to change a visit time, the person on the phone is always very helpful and will do their best to change the time
Following a period of hospitalisation, my father was discharged home with a significant care package. It was the first time that carers had been needed for either of my parents and I was understandably anxious about how this would play out. I couldn't have been more impressed with the support provided by both the carers themselves and the office staff supporting them. It was so reassuring to hear both my mum and dad consistently say how helpful the carers had been during such a difficult time for them. Sadly my father passed away recently but I will forever be grateful for the support provided to him over the weeks when the carers were engaged. Thank you so much.
Wow wow wow what can I say all the care staff, all the office staff have been amazing in a difficult situation, they went above and beyond to help in every way possible, carers and staff in the office, my mum was lucky she had them. The care staff were amazing, kind, patient and willing to listen. Trustworthy all of them and I knew my mum was in excellent safe hands. The lady in the office was brilliant and was so helpful bending over backwards to help and a listening ear, and gave me the support I desperately needed. From the bottom of my heart, a massive massive thank you to you all. If your looking for a care company look no further these guys are the ones you want. Thank you.
We, unfortunately, suffered the bereavement of my godmother this month. Premier Community have cared for my godmother over the last 5 years and has been exceptional. Two staff members have been regular carers over the last 6 months. They have shown compassion, care and a love for the job and clients. We could not thank them both enough.
The most dedicated carers I have had for my mum, are always on time and nothing is ever too much. It can be scary letting others take care of your loved ones but I remain confident knowing Premier Care are doing a perfect job of it.
Premier Care Staff and Management have been excellent care providers for my father (98) and also for my mother (88) for many months 4 times a day and for a period of time night care. The personal attention from the carers cannot be faulted and they have treated my parents as friends. The support from the care team manager has been above and beyond my original expectations in supporting me when having to deal with the NHS and Social Services care package and assessments. The care was primarily for my father but the carers kept an eye on my mother and provided her with support and advice when needed. They have kept me informed of what has been happening as I live some distance away from my parents. I could not have wished for a better care company and team. Thank you
