We are so thankful to the service as they take care of each and everything ,that my son needs.Management staff are very proactive and communicate very well with us. Staff are very caring. Best thing about the service is that they work in partnership with us keeping my son's need of paramount importance. Team is very receptive of the feedback and very keen to learn around my son's needs.
We can not be happier with our choice of care providers, Prestige Nursing and Care Redhill have lived up to the high standards we were looking for. Professional and compassionate from a very well run management team to their staff out in the community. I would have no hesitation in recommending Prestige to anyone who needs peace of mind, trust and quality of care who find themselves in the same situation looking for excellent care.

The carers arrive more or less at the scheduled time and remain the full duration of allocated time - if the care is completed early they remain to provide companionship or will do additional small tasks. All carers are polite and listen to Mother's needs/way she likes things done. The company has been quick to respond if extra calls have been needed. They are one of the more expensive local agencies but the quality of care is good.

I have dealt with Prestige for about 5 years and found the carers very patient, caring and efficient, I could not fault any of them. They are always willing to undertake any task to help me. A programme of duties has been sent to me, usually a fortnight in advance.
As a whole the care is very good but being in care myself its the little things that make the difference i.e. cleaning the hygiene areas and wiping down in the kitchen. Also the foreign carers with accents need to make themselves clearly understood and also listen to instructions given to them by the carer e.g. 1 carer who was foreign continually put a commode lid upside down which became wedged everytime my mother tried to get the lid off- I had to leave a note in the end to rectify this, but on a whole the care is very good.
Excellent. Pleasant, well trained carers who arrive on time. If delayed by another client we get a phone call. Extremely caring and reliable, clean and trustworthy.
I wouldn't have gone on this long without the help I have received from the carers. Nothing is too much trouble to them and they save my family a lot of worry.
